The Brand

Sunset GYO (Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı) is a Real Estate Investment Trust operating in the Turkish property market. As a REIT, Sunset GYO acquires, develops, and manages income-producing real estate assets — from commercial properties to residential developments — offering investors structured exposure to the real estate sector with the liquidity of a publicly traded vehicle. The name "Sunset" carries a dual identity: it references the golden hour when value is at its peak, and signals a premium, aspirational positioning in a competitive market.

The Logo

The mark is built around a circle. Inside it, five vertical forms rise at varying heights, representing a city skyline. But look at the composition as a whole: the arrangement of the towers forms an upward-pointing arrow — a visual metaphor for capital appreciation and growth. The message is embedded in the architecture of the icon itself: investments here always go up.
